Please find detalied information regarding methods of payment and cancellation policy.
Methods of payment
After filling the online registration form, you will be directed to choose method of payment. By choosing the method of payment, on your e-mail you will receive the invoice in PDF. Please note that payment should be received one week after you fill in registration form.
By credit card
VISA, Maestro and Mastercard are widely accepted. If you choose to pay by credit or debit card, you will be redirected to the secure site where you enter your card data. Secure online payments are made through our online registration system. Terms and conditions of using can be read here.
By bank transfer
After registering online you will get the invoice for payment. Then make the payment through your bank. In the reference field please indicate ORDER NUMBER (you will find it on the invoice), ISC2020 and the name of the participant. After your payment is received, the online registration will be automatically completed.
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). For the informative overview of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount for which your debit card will be debited, will be expressed in your local currency through a conversion at the rate used by card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference from the original price listed on our site. Thank you for your understanding.

Prices are based on the business policy of the organizer and can not be the subject of a complaint by the customer/purchaser.
On site payment can be made by credit card or cash.
Any cancellation of your registration must be notified in writing form on email@example.com and will be subject to the following conditions.
Cancelation of registration
All registrations Fee (including VAT)
20 June 2019 – 15 November 2019 50 EUR for administration fee
16 November 2019 – 20 May 2021 50% will be refunded
After 20 May 2021 no refund
Cancellation of the registration will incur a 50 EUR administration fee.
In case of the cancellation, please indicate your full name, address and invoice number-order number; alternatively, you may appoint a substitute participant for no extra charge. Refunds will be credited to the original bank account used for payment.
In the case of the cancellation of the service and the refund of funds to the customer who previously paid by some of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, Pana Comp – Zemlja čuda litd. is obliged to make a refund exclusively through VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment method, or by bank transfer if the service was paid in this way.
Cancellation of the registration (please indicate your full name, address and invoice number-order number) should be sent in written form on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please be aware of the deadlines for cancellation.
The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organizers should the holding of the congress be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by force majeure or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate program changes. With registration, the participant accepts this proviso.
